Ivan Hernandez was very knowledgeable and helpful in working with us to select 3 new mattresses and box springs for our new home. He was cordial and pleasant and he made the selection and purchase process very easy and enjoyable.
Five stars for Mambai! He made our entire furniture-buying process seamless and stress-free. Everything was handled with total professionalism. It’s rare to find such attentive service—we'll definitely be back to buy more furniture.

Walter and the ladies at the customer service desk were so professional and helpful. He patiently showed me the selection of dining sets available and gave me time and space to make my selection. I was lucky enough to have purchased the Platinum protection plan when I got my furniture almost 4 years ago and now I get to replace them at no cost. Thank you guys for all your help

I had such a wonderful experience at Raymour & Flanigan thanks to Walter and Bill. From the moment I walked in, they were both incredibly welcoming, patient, and knowledgeable. They really took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and helped guide me without ever making me feel pressured.
Walter’s attention to detail and genuine care made the whole process so easy, and Bill’s expertise and friendly personality made it actually enjoyable. Together, they make an amazing team—professional, honest, and truly dedicated to their customers.

The salesman spent a great deal of quality time with my wife & I. We went to the front desk where the order was written up and the delivery was scheduled for the following day.
My wife and I tore the old bed apart, moved furniture and waited all day for the delivery of our new bed. By 5:30 that afternoon, I called Raymour and Incompetence to find out why we had no delivery. No one I talked to had a clue why it had not been delivered. They said they would deliver it the next day. I asked what time? They said the delivery schedule had not yet been planned. I asked why I was not the first delivery after they had screwed things up. No response & I hung up after telling the woman that I would decide how much this inconvenience was worth & deduct it from the bill. They then called back to tell me I would be the second stop and some time between 9:00 & 11:00 AM. Another 1/2 day wasted.
Absolutely no concern to try to make things right. No concern to make a customer happy.
For what you pay, you would think you would get reasonable service. Not so........
