  From our purchase with Anthony to the delivery crew, everything about my new mattress purchase was great!! Anthony helped us figure out the most equivalent replacement for a mattress we loved but was 12 years old and no longer as comfortable and he gave us a great deal. The delivery drivers showed up the very next day and were quick, professional and very nice. I’ve been purchasing from this store for years and will continue to do so.

  Excellent store.The staff is very friendly and helpful.I was looking for a reclining chair and purchased a floor model that was half the price of one coming from the warehouse in box.I am very satisfied and happy with my chair, it's in pristine condition.I highly recommended this place to anyone looking to buy furniture

  ASK FOR BRIAN LONDON!! We all know Raymour & Flanigan offers beautiful furniture at great prices—but Brian truly made the entire experience exceptional. From start to finish, he stayed in touch regarding delivery and went above and beyond when an issue came up. Our sofa arrived damaged, and before it was even brought into the house, the delivery team identified the problem. Brian immediately stepped in and handled everything from home, ensuring the situation was resolved quickly and seamlessly. That level of care and accountability is rare these days. Outstanding customer service like this doesn’t go unnoticed. Thank you, Brian, for making the process so easy and stress-free. And we absolutely love our new sofa and loveseat!

  I wasn’t physically in the store but I needed to chat online with someone regarding a previous purchase from a few years ago and I was connected to Brian London and he was amazing! He was so helpful and answered all of my questions and gave me the exact information that I needed!

  We recieved a damaged couch and terrible customer service. They were supposed to deliver our new couch today. My boyfriend and I took off of work and the delivery was all set up and scheduled. They ended up bringing the couch to the wrong address. I later recieved a message that they cancelled the delivery. When I called and spoke to samina I asked if she could have them come out today instead of having to reschedule as this was very inconvenient with 2 infants at home and taking time off from work. There was no accommodation from Samina and she told me it was my responsibility to confirm the delivery address. So unprofessional! I explained my boyfriend did confirm with Angela and her response was that Angela only works part time. Terrible terrible customer service I couldn't be more disappointed. We spent over $2000 on this couch and it came ripped and the latches where the sectional connects was ripped off. The service was not accommodating and the response from the sales rep was extremely unprofessional and snarky. I will not recommend and I am still waiting on a call back from the manager. Id like to be compensated for my time.
