Even short staffed as they were we were able to get our glass cut and get out to enjoy or holiday. Thank you to the staff at the wappingers/poughkeepsie store for working so hard on Christmas eve. Paid for both installation and haul away from Lowes, as well as all new install parts even though we had the old ones. Lowes showed up and refused to do either. My wife took off work for this and we called to cpmplain and after an hour on the phone they offered us a $25 certificate for our troubles. So now we have to find and pay someone else to install and haul away, even though Lowes was paid to do this... This is not acceptable - Go elsewhere for appliances.

Had a limited selection and not one for my machine.. I went down to Lowe's and I couldn't believe the selection of belts and parts. I was able to get my mower back up and running same day. The store is very clean, neat and a lot's of items to choose from.

He gets overwhelmed a little easily now and the huge selection and wide variety overwhelmed him a bit. An associate came over to see if we needed help and thank God she did... The associate that worked with us was very knowledgeable, Evie knew exactly what we needed. She helped to put us at ease because of the wide variety and huge selection they had. The fridge she helped us choose happened to even be on sale too! Her customer service skills were amazing also... On another note, I was so excited to see the Christmas decorations as we walked in the store. Amazing set up! Love it!! I also hope Evie will be recognized for her customer service skills...
