- MJMichael JonesMar 1, 20261.0This review is a little overdue by a few months but I will post it anyways. Back on July 25 2025 , I had to buy some supplies to build a desk for my home office. The first issue was there is no workers on the sales floor to help out the customers find certain tools or items. It’s like a ghost town or the state of Delaware where there is nobody there. The lady named Jennifer is a real grouchy drama queen and accused me of stealing and she was racist to me saying that we have cameras.She said this to me as I was about to pay at the self checkout line I’m a white man and I was offended by these rude comments. Please advise management.

Customers service through distribution center was not helpful and made it seem they were doing us a favor. Asst manager Will C. Could not do anything except tell me that I had to accept the delivery and then they “might” do something. Order from Compnay that actually cares because lowes does not.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
