Buyer beware! I have bought a Samsung washer/dryer set had no issues, a mattress/box spring set no issues. This week I placed an order for a bed frame and two nightstands.
I have called repeatedly to get the order canceled because one, they didn't write up the agreement in the terms that were discussed and two I found a nicer and much cheaper set on Wayfair.
My order has still not been canceled even though I was reassured yesterday and again today that it would be taken care of. Although this is frustrating I am no longer concerned because since the agreement was not created properly the correct payment method isn't on file.
When their delivery guys come to delivery next week and have to go to the West Point visitors center, wait in line, do a background check, and show up at my home they will be disappointed because I am going to turn them away.

They went above and beyond to get me the couch I really wanted! Diamond is absolutely amazing as well as Olivia! They were so friendly, so helpful and so good with my son who wanted to be all over the store! Diamond and Olivia got me an AMAZING price on the couch I truly wanted! The absolute worst store, customer service, and management. 2 WEEKS AGO, my washer broke. I called and spoke with Diamond and she said she would be "difficult" to find a replacement quickly but will call back "tomorrow" 2 days later, I call, and "Oh we still don't have one we can get you a loaner and pick up your broke one and fix it" Okay fine. She said they would be there wednesday (10/1) Wednesday comes around and i call to find out the time they would be here. "Oh well we don't have a loaner but we have a portable washer that okay?" No it's not okay because they're incredibly small, inconvenient, and leak. I'm then going back and forth with Olivia, and she hangs up on me. So at this point I called the corporate number and they try calling the store, no answer, which isn't a surprise because you have to call about 10 times before anyone even picks up the phone. I then get through and tell them to come pick EVERYTHING up, washer/dryer, and couches because i'm no longer doing business with them. They say okay no problem we will be there Friday (10/3). Friday comes, I speak with someone "Oh you're not on the schedule" No surprise there; so now I have to call back the place where I'm getting my new furniture and appliances and push it till Wednesday (10/8) because that's when they say they will come. I call yesterday to figure out time frames to juggle now Aaron's and my new furniture delivery. They put the driver on the phone and he says "You're not on the schedule today, I can come tomorrow 10/9. I will call you at 9:00 AM and you will be our first stop." Well here it is Thursday morning 10:30, no call, I called Aaron's and they said there's 2 deliveries before me I explained okay well my new stuff will be here at 1:00 "Well try and get there" This store is hands down the WORST. I would never ever recommend doing business here because of the customer service & the management. There is no organization, honesty, or care for customers. Ever since Matt left, it's been awful. Beware doing business here.

This place is a joke and so is the manager if you don’t want your merchandise to arrive less then 2 months after you have ordered it and been charged for it then arrive damaged or not at all and the manager is so incompetent on how to do her job she just keeps hanging up on you then this is the place to go

We offer a simple lease program where you make periodic renewal payments, and if you make all of the lease renewal payments or complete an early purchase option, you will own the merchandise. Leasing is a convenient way to get the items you want without a big upfront payment, using credit, or making a long-term commitment. Aaron’s offers a great selection of name brand products, with affordable payments and flexible choices on how to own your merchandise. Aaron’s provides a rental purchase agreement, lease purchase agreement, consumer rental purchase agreement, rent to own agreement, lease agreement with an option to purchase, or lease as applicable by state. What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund.
