- AWAshlee WendoverNov 27, 20251.0I’ve been waiting 4+ weeks for 2/3 orders I made online. Everyone it was schedule for delivery either they called the morning and said they weren’t coming or they said it was scheduled an it never arrived. Many times I have called on the day of delivery and been different times for when it was coming. This last time I was promised it would be here the day before thanksgiving. I was told at 2:30pm it was loaded on truck and headed to me. 4:30 came no delivery . I was on my porch for 2 hours waiting . I called the store was put on hold for half an hour. My husband then calls around 5 and was told 6:30 arrival time . We waited till 6:45 to call the store because nothing came. No one picked up the phone . We waited up for another 2 hours still no delivery. At this point the store was closed. Needless to say we had to last minute cancel our thanksgiving plans to have my parents over because we had no place for them to sit . Our family is pretty discourage with this location. It has been nothing but unprofessional since the day I called to first schedule my delivery. I have made multiple complains by email and phone call to customer support and I have not once been contacted by regional to discuss this matter. I will be calling corporate again Friday to called my orders and disputing the charges for the amounts already taken as down payment.

This week I placed an order for a bed frame and two nightstands. I have called repeatedly to get the order canceled because one, they didn't write up the agreement in the terms that were discussed and two I found a nicer and much cheaper set on Wayfair. My order has still not been canceled even though I was reassured yesterday and again today that it would be taken care of. Although this is frustrating I am no longer concerned because since the agreement was not created properly the correct payment method isn't on file. When their delivery guys come to delivery next week and have to go to the West Point visitors center, wait in line, do a background check, and show up at my home they will be disappointed because I am going to turn them away.

Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
