    The only employee I saw was shopping after his shift. He was a great help, but there was no one in that area to help.

    Waste of time unless your looking for Christmas stuff, which is 1/3 of a home improvement store. Staff have zero idea where anythinng is and website dosent match any locations. Very poorly run and disorganized store. Customer service should just be taken out of the building, provides no help after waiting in line for 30 mins.

    I'm supposed to be a gold key member , and still getting charged for delivery, and then u try and call customer service , and they do NOT answer. Doesn't matter how much money you spend when your dealing with a corporation. Sad to say the least

    Nonexistent customer service. I called twice, each time waiting on hold for over 30 minutes just to ask about flashing availability. The person who transferred me didn’t even bother to check whether my call was actually answered, it wasn’t. I was just left hanging on hold, forgotten. It’s clear nobody at Lowe’s cares about calls on hold or customer service in general. If you’re considering buying tools, do yourself a favor and skip ordering online from this company. With Amazon, at least you get someone who actually answers the phone when there’s an issue. Lowe’s is heading down the same path as Sears, ignoring customers until it’s too late.
