- GGGavin GilmanAug 7, 20251.0Not even worth the one star in my opinion waited 5 weeks for them to deliver our washer finally the day we were supposed to get our washer we call them at 630 because we still have no washer and have supposed to received it by 7pm and they had an” emergency” and couldn’t deliver our washer and wanted to do it a later date this is the second time over the last five weeks this has happened this place is a joke who can go weeks without a washer

Leasing to own from Aaron’s can be a great way to get what you want right now. We offer a simple lease program where you make periodic renewal payments, and if you make all of the lease renewal payments or complete an early purchase option, you will own the merchandise. Leasing is a convenient way to get the items you want without a big upfront payment, using credit, or making a long-term commitment. Aaron’s provides a rental purchase agreement, lease purchase agreement, consumer rental purchase agreement, rent to own agreement, lease agreement with an option to purchase, or lease as applicable by state. How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?
After completing your order, we will send you a confirmation email titled "Aaron's Order Confirmation". At the top of that email is a blue "Track Order" button. If you have additional questions, please contact us at 1-888-333-3785.
Will Aaron’s move my merchandise?
Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
