After our confirmed arrival window passed with no technician arrival I called the company to be informed no one was coming due to the technician calling out and we would need to reschedule. We had a 1 week old fridge that was not cooling. After waiting a week for this first appointment I was informed of a reschedule date another week out. We received no confirmation call the night before so in the morning we called to ensure a technician was coming and what the time frame would be. They stated between 8 and 11 am. At 10am we received a call stating our technician would not be coming because Samsung cancelled the request and we needed to find a different company. Upon calling Samsung we were told they never contacted this company to cancel the service request but they would try to get someone new scheduled for us. Having to wait now a fourth week with no fridge and the holidays coming we attempted to call this company back multiple times to confront them regarding the multiple cancels in which we were met with rude customer service if the call was answered at all. I do not recommend using them for any urgent needs as last minute cancels seem to be their thing.

They’ve earned five stars from me.

When I originally make the service appointment, the phone rep said refrigerator had to be off for 24 priors before the tech arrives, explained that I had a baby in the house and need to keep milk and other things chilled, she said it was my call, I would do it if I wanted it repaired. Had a confirmed scheduled appointment for today but it turned out to be a no call no show. Called the company and spoke to Kevin who was pretty lost but kept talking like he knew everything. If you ask him for his name, he'll spell it out for you, he's also at extension 104. Would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.
