I walked in with a damage chair those within the warranty., Every service representative was literally hiding from me because they knew it was not a sale finally got one and they told me to go to the back at customer service they would help me out After 30 minutes of waiting. I get to the back customer service area and all they do is give me a phone number. What a waste of time.
