They do not warranty manufacture, one year warranty. They’re really good at wasting your time. I walked in with a damage chair those within the warranty., Every service representative was literally hiding from me because they knew it was not a sale finally got one and they told me to go to the back at customer service they would help me out After 30 minutes of waiting. I get to the back customer service area and all they do is give me a phone number. What a waste of time.

Disappointing experience. Have gotta a few things from them in the past and then found a couch I loved. I went to the store to place my order and asked the sales associate how to order it to match the configuration that I wanted for the sectional. I specifically asked her this question, as a matter of fact it was my only question I had for her. She assured me we ordered the correct pieces, and again I verified by physically moving and sitting from one end of the couch in the showroom to the other, telling her which piece I wanted on each side. The couch got delivered today and the prices were flip flopped. I called the store and spoke to someone who assured me that this was my fault and that I would have to pay the restocking as well as a new delivery fee to get it fixed. They said their hands were tied. Sad customer service. No accountability by their sale person to acknowledge the mistake.

Terrible experience. I bought the modular 1 sectional. I told the sales person I had dogs and alot of kids and wanted something that would hold up. He recommended modular 1. It is a beautiful couch but after a few weeks it has pulls all over it. I contacted the service center and they sent someone. He said that the couch will not last. He cut the pulls but said they would come back--and they have. I called the store who sent me to the service center. The service center said they would not do anything for me as there is no structural damage. They also said it was like a sweater that pulls. They told me to call the store manager who told me to call the service center. This couch is not 2 months old. I will probably have to throw it away in another few months. My previous couch lasted 8 years and never had an issue with the fabric. The quality is terrible and they do not stand by their product. Go to a different store. I went to Raymour and Flanigan because they used to have very good quality. I could have gotten a much better quality couch from Bob's for a fraction of the cost.
