  Placed a call on Thursday afternoon and picked Saturday, 2/21. We were told our box springs would be delivered on the scheduled day and we would receive an email and/or text with a time frame. At about 11am on Saturday, 2/21 we had not heard a thing. So we called and THAT is when we found out we were NOT on the schedule! Our house is not being lived in, so we got up at 5am, drove out to the house (two hour ride) to be there for the delivery. I believe anyone in our situation would completely understand how absolutely infuriate we were!!! We now have it scheduled for March 7. All I can say is I pray I am not waiting around til the end of the day to get this. I’m so not happy!!!!!!!!!! I also didn’t even want to give one start, but had to in order to send.

  I purchased two 3 seater zero gravity starlight collection sectional. Id give 5 stars if I didnt have to pay for shipping. At close to 7k for 2 pieces I would have expected free delivery. Being that I had to pay an additional $325 for it, I would expect to be able to pick my day and time within the guaranteed "3 day or less delivery" as advertised which wasn't the case. Also have your purchase cost reviewed by another sales rep or manager before purchasing. Our sales rep Madeline in patchogue, NY location was ripping us off $500 for a 3 seater and loveseat with first responder discount after telling her we needed maximum seating, never gave us upgraded pricing for two 3 seater. Went there 2 days later to pay in cash and our rep wasnt there. So we had spoken to Derrue Dent, who was amazing. Told us we were overcharged as she left out the presidents day discount! After telling him our needs Derrue upgraded us to the 3 seater for just $28 more! Which was STILL $500 less than what we were originally quoted at walk in on presidents day 2/16/26. We purchased on Wed 2/18/26 and they couldn't give us delivery till this Tues 2/24/26 Six days later after paying in full with cash! They don't let you put half down and other half at delivery. Those are my only issues. Otherwise would have received 5 stars for professionalism and quality. Misrepresentation and delivery fee/scheduling gets stars deducted.

  I've dealt with the Patchogue store numerous times now. The sales staff is beyond reproach. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and proficient at their occupations. The billing staff is on the money. When you deal with them it is exactly what you want over with, with the salesperson. And they are fast and very efficient at their jobs. They get you right out of there. Delivery instructions are followed to a T and they inform you as they should, as to when your delivery will be arriving. Messaging you the day before and the morning of with an approximate time. When the delivery men arrive at your location they get the furniture in with out any nonsense. My deliveries have always gone into an upstairs apartment. They don't hem and haw about it. They take a quick look at where the furniture is going and quickly and efficiently get it there. They literally have been in and out of my house within 10 minutes. Furniture in place and done. Don't forget to tip these guys. This furniture is solid extremely heavy. These guys know how to handle it and you just have to stand back and let them do their job. So satisfied with this company since I started doing business with them 5 years ago. Don't hesitate. It's a win-win. Guaranteed.

  Raymore And Flanagan on 112 in Patchogue is absolutely outstanding myself and my mother including our entire family have furnished our homes using products from their superstores they are amazing. They always come through with every warranty issue if any which I have to say there are very few but if and when it does occur, the store is courteous on top of everything get it done right away. Jorge at the 112 store was absolutely outstanding took care of all of our needs right away no issues. We are customers for life. !!!

  Kathie Touhey made my entire shopping experience at Raymour & Flanigan absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to really understand what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect pieces without ever making me feel rushed or pressured.
