After speaking with the manager we corrected the order. Unfortunately there was a significant difference in price for the recliner but management worked with me and we closed the order. However if I had not called for the option I would have received a recliner I did not want with possibly a restocking fee and if I had been informed of the price of the actual price of the recliner I would have selected another or possibly shopped at another store.
