She showed us several models and demonstrated how they operated. I’d also narrowed down what I wanted online: a recliner with a small profile, leather and on sale. So I got all three with my purchase and enjoyed working with Angela immensely.

My husband and I went back several times to La-Z-boy in Patchogue before deciding on the chair that was right for us. We spent hours trying different products. John's expert knowledge helped steer us in the right direction. We never felt pressured, just genuine concern that we would be happy. We originally wanted a couch, he prioritized customer satisfaction over sales! So rare to find that level of service. We wound up with a chair that was a better fit. After I got the chair delivered it wasn't quite right. I went back to the store and John helped me figure out where I had gotten confused! I can't say enough good things about the customer service I received. We will ALWAYS come back to La-Z-boy in Patchogue for our future purchases!
