  Island Wide Appliance was fantastic to work with. From the first phone call to the completed repair, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The technician arrived on time, clearly explained the issue, and fixed the appliance quickly. Pricing was fair and transparent, and I really appreciated the honesty and knowledge they provided. It’s clear they have a lot of experience and take pride in their work. I highly recommend Island Wide Appliance to anyone in Suffolk or Nassau looking for reliable appliance repair.

  Recently received their service because of a warranty through PC Richards. PC richard assigned them to service my Viking stove and they were great. The technician even called me when he was on the way so I could put my dog into another room. They were very nice at the house and had the necessary tools and parts to fix my unit the same day. I was even able to ask the technician a few questions about the unit and he gave me some information that I didn't even know about my stove! Looks like my husband is finally getting a home cooked meal tonight ! Thank you Thomas !

  I recently called Island Wide for repair on my 25 year old Subzero. They gave me an appointment a couple of days out.. which I was fine with (I only had a light bulb issue) but they called me back 20 minutes later with an opening for the next day. In my experience they are accommodating and they are the only company I let touch my 25 year old appliance. The technician Patrick was very clean, courteous, and respectful in my home and even did a cleaning on my condenser while here. The office is always a pleasure to speak with, even though they are very busy and there is typically a hold time, I dont mind!!! Thank you IWA !!

  Extremely disappointing customer service from the front desk, specifically Maureen. I was owed a $115 credit for a part Island Wide Appliance was unable to obtain. I initially asked if the credit could be applied to another appliance repair, but I was then specifically told it would be refunded to my credit card. After waiting and seeing no refund, I followed up and was repeatedly told the refund had already been processed. After involving American Express on a three-way call, it became clear that no refund was ever issued. Instead, the credit was applied to a different appliance without my knowledge, despite being told it would go back to my card. When I calmly asked for proof or clarification, Maureen became defensive, accused me of saying the company was trying to cheat me (which I never said), claimed I was “huffing and puffing,” and ultimately hung up the phone. This situation could have been resolved easily with clear communication and basic professionalism. Maureen needs to work on her customer service and professionalism if she is going to deal directly with customers.
