  MD helped us choose a bedroom set for our daughter. He was very thorough, explaining all pieces, and finding a combo that worked for us. We visited the ozone park outlet location and had a very pleasant experience with the store, and our sales rep MD.

  We had an excellent experience at Raymour & Flanigan, thanks to Jamel. From the moment we arrived, he was professional, welcoming, and genuinely attentive to our needs. His customer service was truly on point — he took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and guided us through the options without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. Jamel was incredibly patient, answering all of our questions and making sure we were comfortable with our choices. He went above and beyond to ensure we found the right pieces, and his knowledge and calm approach made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare to come across such outstanding service these days, and Jamel really stood out. We highly recommend asking for him if you visit — you won’t be disappointed!

  I visited today Raymour & Flanigan I had a great experience at . Mo assisted me and did an excellent job. He was very friendly, patient, and explained everything clearly, which made it easy for me to make a decision without feeling pressured. Thanks to his help, I was able to choose a bunk bed and a twin bed that fit my needs perfectly. I definitely recommend this store, especially if you get the chance to work with Mo. Excellent service!
