  I had a wonderful experience at Raymour & Flanigan thanks to Elizabeth. She was extremely helpful, professional, and so easy to work with. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Her customer service was excellent from start to finish. Highly recommend her!

  Went into the store and ordered a sectional from Mo on Sunday, November 9th and scheduled the delivery for Thursday, November 20th. On November 19th, the day before delivery, and Raymour and Flanigan called to confirm the delivery window 8-11am. My husband took off of work to be there for the delivery and disposed of our couch. We received another call from the store at 1:30PM the same day to let us know that they only had 2 pieces of the couch available and that they would prefer not to send the couch in two separate deliveries, so they would not be delivering our couch until next Tuesday, November 25th. When I called the store manager, Matthew, he told us they would do us “a favor” by taking off $224 delivery fee to deliver the couch next Tuesday. I am not sure how this is a “favor” to us after the major inconvenience they have caused, especially after only letting us know about the situation the afternoon prior to delivery (after already having confirmed that the couch would be delivered on the 20th earlier that morning). Now my husband is missing an entire day of work and we are going to without a couch for almost a full week. Matthew, said he would call me back within an hour. That was 3 hours ago. Unacceptable. Stay far away.

  I don’t know where to start Ordered a 4 pc bedroom set. The mattress came in delayed a day However the whole set supposed to be delivered same day with the mattress. First they told me frame had a damage and they have to reorder so it will take few days. Meantime I kept on following up every week they keep on lying and telling me next Monday. Fast forward 2 months later I’m still waiting for my bed frame… I am calling corporate as well and letting them know how they running this scam business. They are so sweet during the sales but they don’t give a crap when you need help. And it’s not even a favor I’m asking for it’s my consumer rights to track my order. Now deal with a Lawsuit dear manager

  We went into Raymour and Flanigan in search for a new reclining sofa. Ms. Elizabeth Diaz assisted us in purchasing the Lugano Loveseat with 2 additional Recliners. She answered all our questions. Our experience was fantastic, I highly recommend coming here for your furniture needs.
