    Normally I wouldn't write a bad review, but this is the second time I've had so many issues. We placed a big order, and some of the product they didn't have enough of in store, but they would have the rest within a week. No problem, so we paid for entire order and stated we would like to have delivery but would like to check the order first. The guy we talked to said we can set up delivery when ready. OK great. Few days go by and we get a call stating the orders in. So we go to the store like planned to check it over and set up delivery. So we get there and nobody seems to have a clue what's going on, we finally get a manager and they say only part of the order is in, wasted trip. Few more days go by get another call now everything is really in. So we go back a 3rd time, go over the order with the guy that's sets up the orders, everything was good so we go to customer service to set up delivery. They told us it couldn't be changed its already in the system, I said you guys told me to do this, there response was he shouldn't of said that. I said this is not my problem you need to fix this, I'm not picking up half a tractor trailer load of lumber. We'll they finally figure it out, and I ordered a couple other things and paid for delivery. Delivery day driver shows up with a pallet of block and 2-2x12x10. I said where's the rest of my delivery and I'm told this is it. So end of the day comes still no delivery for the rest. So I call the store for the 4th time 45 min total, to be told that part of my order is for pickup, I told them we've already gone through this multiple times, they finally say it's being loaded on the truck and will be there in a bit, great! Shows up still missing some of the order. I can't take it anymore, I decide to go pick it up myself, more confusion when I get there, order isn't even picked, so they put it together quick and I get to witness the incompetence. They go to load onto my trailer and have the forklift stuck under the canopy, very confused not sure how they will get it unstuck at this point, I had to tell them just set it down and and reposition. After 30 minutes I'm finally loaded and done with that place. I had over 4 hours wasted trying to figure out the mess they created. I'd highly recommend staying away from this store for any kind of delivery unless you have a lot of time to waste. There was almost zero help in the store for this nightmare

    I was waiting on a delivery today. Truck showed up. Refused to deliver. Said they would get stuck in driveway due to snow. There was 1 inch of powder and my driveway goes uphill to my house. We have made so many major purchases at the Oswego location that its ridiculous. Now..... I feel so disrespected. I made several phone calls , driveway is clear and they refuse to redeliver even though we took the day off to accept the delivery. I believe at this point they have lost loyal customers.
