  This company is very respectable and honest. I have found that many companies in the area are inconsistent, show up late, don't show up, etc. Also, most companies skip out on important key details. Not the case with Silva, they were very consistent. Juan Carlos runs a tight operation. Juan Carlos is very meticulous with details and remained in contact with us daily to insure that we were happy with the work. He was always on time and he showed up every day until the work was complete. He also honored an estimate from last year, despite the rise in the costs of doing business. I was also impressed with Juan Carlos' workers. The team was very hard working and gave their best efforts. Every member contributed a lot to the outcome, there are no weak links. My situation was very difficult. A next door neighbor performed a construction operation that was ill advised. The neighbor badly damaged my trees to the point that they had to be removed for safety reasons. The trees were heavily leaning and had metal wrapped into them in various areas, making it very difficult to cut and grind. Juan Carlos showed true mastery and worked through it despite the obstacles. This job was not easy and is not something that a tree company encounters regularly. Still the outcome was a success. Because of Juan Carlos' work, my home is now returned to safety. Lastly, as an American born man, I only speak fluent English and often struggle to communicate with service workers who do not have a firm grasp on the language. Juan Carlos speaks good English and the communication was great throughout. At no point was I concerned that he did not understand what I needed. I would not hesitate to hire him again for anything having to do with trees. Excellent work at a very reasonable price. He is welcome to use me as a reference for anyone looking to hire a tree company. Thank you Juan Carlos.

  Recently hired Silva to remove 2 trees. Great communication from day 1. Work was done quick and safely. Great results. Great prices !! Thank you Silva. Definitely recommend them.
