The delivery team called the morning of our scheduled delivery to say the frame was mismatched and they would need to delay the delivery of both items a couple of days. On the days of the rescheduled delivery, only the frame was delivered, they forgot the mattress. The mattress was delivered the next day. Our salesman said to reach out to him with any issues. When I texted him about our issues (his preferred contact method), we never heard back. I will be using a different furniture store from now on.
