I purchased a fridge, paid cash, and discovered it was damaged when it got delivered so I didn’t accept it.When I called to report the issue, I was told to reschedule delivery, but the appliance representative was rude and unhelpful. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told there wasn’t one and they would just cancel my order.When I went to the store to speak to someone they were rude and unprofessional as well so I decided to cancel due to the way I was treated.I was informed I wouldn't get a refund and would have to wait for a 3rd-party company to issue an e-card. The worst part is, I paid cash to Lowe's, and now they're making me deal with a company I don't even know to get my money back.All in less than 48 hours. The customer service was abysmal, and I still haven't received my refund. Avoid this location if possible.

Great experience and even came back to check if anyone had come and assisted me with pvc piping, super polite about the whole situation.
