I bought a washer and dryer set from this store with only having the weekends off scheduling the delivery for then after waiting 5 days to be told I would have to wait another week to get it! I don’t recommend Lowe’s for these types of things Home depot knocked it out of the park for me! And they were cheaper for the same set!

Worst customer service ever. I simply asked a cashier if they had any gift cards. I asked her because usually stores have gift cards at the registers during the holidays. Instead of saying she had none at the register I got a snarky rude response from her and acting as if I was dumb because she apparently thought that the gift cards section ( that I didn’t walk past what so ever. ) was large enough to see from the parking lot. As I was grabbing the gift card. She was joking with the other co worker that I apparently was too dumb to realize they sold gift cards at the store. That wasn’t my question. I asked if she had a gift card At the register. I did Not ask IF they sold them.

I returned a box of tile today1/9/26 around 1pm. The tile was all broken in the box. I didn't realize it until I started to open it. The person who took care of me at the return desk acted like he didn't believe me that the tile was broken when I bought it. He gave me a look like sure it was. He refunded my money but wasn't about doing so. LOWES SUCKS for customer service.

Terrible experience with the store manager and warrantying a Kobalt tool with a "lifetime warranty".
Brought an 8lb Kobalt sledgehammer to this location on 11/22/25 for a warranty claim. The item has a defect and Lowes.com clearly states the item has a lifetime warranty - bring it in to the store and they'll swap it out for an equal or better item. This store still sold the exact item and I kept my receipt for this reason.
This location refused to honor the warranty and forced me to take a refund. When I purchased the item it was $29 and is now $35. The refund didn't cover the replacement item. Lowes.com says the item will be replaced - it says nothing about refunding the original purchase price. I pointed this out to the manager, I think his name was Hammad. He was rudely dismissive and kind of "shooed" me away and told me in no uncertain terms that he would not honor the warranty and that in fact, the verbiage on Lowes.com is "not right" and the "lifetime warranty isn't really a lifetime warranty".
I reached out to Lowes after and they stated this was incorrect and the item should have been replaced. There are federal guidelines on warranties (and their verbiage) for a reason. Their customer support was no help either.
Don't sell warranties you won't uphold. It's illegal. I will not shop here again nor purchase another Kobalt tool. Take your SM to school on the law and maybe a simple course on dealing with politely escalated customers. Poor job across the board. You lost a customer today!
