Terrible Experience with Damaged Appliance and Horrible Customer Service
I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Lowe's on Orchard Park Road. I purchased a fridge, paid cash, and discovered it was damaged when it got delivered so I didn’t accept it.When I called to report the issue, I was told to reschedule delivery, but the appliance representative was rude and unhelpful.
When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told there wasn’t one and they would just cancel my order.When I went to the store to speak to someone they were rude and unprofessional as well so I decided to cancel due to the way I was treated.I was informed I wouldn't get a refund and would have to wait for a 3rd-party company to issue an e-card. The worst part is, I paid cash to Lowe's, and now they're making me deal with a company I don't even know to get my money back.All in less than 48 hours.
The customer service was abysmal, and I still haven't received my refund. Avoid this location if possible.

BRIEN WHO WORKS IN PLUMBING/HARDWARE IS A SAINT!!! Seeing how busy he was with what he had to put away, he was the first one in my sight and I walked up to him with three things I needed, and he did not hesitate to help, and walk me to the items I needed. Great experience and even came back to check if anyone had come and assisted me with pvc piping, super polite about the whole situation.

Such helpful staff! I am pregnant and had my 1 year old on my hip; Yarex noticed me trying to get several sheets of 4x8 insulation onto a cart and not only helped me load but helped me get the cart to the register and loaded in my truck. Such a pleasant Saturday morning experience. Thank you Yarex

Great selection in the garden section. A young guy helped me load up. He was very nice. Traffic can be a little crazy there. The parking lot is set up weird. Overall, good experience. Cose to home.
