Called the Orangeburg NY location and someone picked up the phone and put it on hold. Did not say anything or tell me to wait a minute nothing so rude. As a professional business you should have basic customer service experience. They need a do over in orientation 🤦♂️.

Wow. Ordered a snow blower and we get messages about delivery tomorrow and they cancel tonight right before the big storm saying they got the stock count wrong. Really?! And yet you sent us multiple texts confirming delivery tomorrow. Must’ve gotten paid off by another customer. Horrible horrible service and unreliable . Never order anything from this place
