  I am thoroughly impressed with the exceptional quality and craftsmanship of the furniture at Raymour & Flanigan in Olean NY. The pieces are both aesthetically beautiful and built to last. However, what truly sets this location apart is the caliber of their staff. I want to extend my sincere gratitude to Rian, Laura, and especially Casey, for providing a seamless and professional buying experience. At a time when genuine service is rare, this team stood out by being incredibly knowledgeable about their inventory, custom order processes, and delivery logistics. I particularly appreciated the absence of high pressure sales tactics, and their willingness to negotiate to find a fair price. Their combination of expertise and courtesy has earned my permanent loyalty. I won't be shopping for furniture anywhere else. If you are in the market to refurnish and/or refurbish your home, Raymour & Flanigan is the only place you should be shopping!

  I bought a very expensive mattress and base from Raymour and Flanigans back in February 2025. I financed some of it through them. In February they went in and added over $500 charge to my account without my consent. I'm fighting that now through their credit store. I put a block on my account for no additional addition. I just now saw another charge over $600 on my account by them without my consent. I called the credit company, how could this happen due to my block? They said the store manually entered it to bypass the block. I had to open a new fraud investigation with them. I had to take time off work to address this with the Olean store and all they do is laugh.
