  It was a great experience with Kas. Kas was attentive to my budget and room size. He was Friendly, knowledgeable, and most important patient as I am not an easy person when it comes to spending money. I would highly recommend coming to see him. He also moved furniture around in the show room to mimic my living room.

  Both my wife and I had a wonderful experience. I believe the person that attended to us was Charle. He was exceptionally helpful and respectful. He made us feel comfortable. I also observed the way Charle interacted with other workers at the store, which by the way was impressive. Charle expresses great communication with his colleagues and displays a family vibe. Charle expresses great leadership and at the same time executed fantastic customer relations. I honestly, believe that Raymond and Flannagan is very fortunate to have someone like Charle work for their corporation. Charle, thank you for your assistant and supports.

  I had the pleasure of working with the Raymour and Flanigan - Niskayuna location recently regarding my new furniture. Samantha F., the manager at this location was able to resolve a situation with one of the furniture pieces. Her professionalism, warmth, efficiency, eagerness to help and ability to find an excellent solution made my day! In addition, Bob the service technician - who has been there for years - was incredibly kind, patient, courteous and knowledgeable on a recent visit to help me with my furniture. These interactions make a huge difference when deciding where to purchase furniture and who to recommend to others. Due to my personal experience, this location gets an A+.

  Looking for furniture? Make SURE you go to Niskayuna Raymour & Flanigan and don't settle for any other furniture store! I worked with Val and Kas and could NOT have asked for a better experience! They showed me items within my budget which were quality and the styling I was looking for as well as making me comfortable from beginning to end. They listened carefully, made suggestions when I asked without any kind of pressure or expectation and I ended up purchasing something I love! There was never any pressure time wise or financially to "move along" and decide. DEFINITELY go here if you are looking for 5 star service and choices (and the showroom is fantastic with styles for EVERY person).
