    The manager (Cas) did not call us back several times! He actually ordered and sent the wrong furniture to our home. My husband called him out on it and he didn’t acknowledge our wants specifically. Our sofa we received had damage on the material and we had to call the warranty people!!!! We know a lot of people and they will spread the word on Social Media. Very disappointed and will be making several calls to get this situation made right!!!!

    WARNING! 🚨 I recently purchased around 12 pieces of furniture and was initially impressed with the customer service. However, post-delivery, I found defects in 2 pieces, which were replaced. Unfortunately, 2 remaining pieces still have some issues. I think there's a difference between the display and sale products. Honestly, I'm extremely disappointed with this brand and won't be considering it again. Quality control needs serious attention!

    Don't go here! Spent thousands of dollars here got platinum protection. They have left me hanging for weeks! No human to speak to. No ability to get an resolution. They suck. Don't do it.

    Garland and Deolio, the guys who delivered the mattress, were amazing! Fast, tidy, and friendly. The new mattress was on the bed, the old mattress was gone, and there was no mess. Good job, guys!
