    I have to say the sales associate Lisa was awesome! Very professional, knowledgeable, and took her time to make the sale a pleasant experience. Today I was supposed to get a call from raymor flanigans whse for delivery date & nothing. I call them & that’s where the good experience ended! Actually made 3 separate phone calls & the people who answered (including a so called manager) have absolutely no idea what there talking about or should I say either their computer systems suck or there people can’t read the screens! Basically was told “well looks like some maybe coming in anytime between 1/12-1/14 or 1/15 maybe” I asked so any of those allotted to me? “So it looks like maybe it was but oh as I look no” I wasted prob an hour at least talking to raymor flanigan & I might have well talked to the wall! Order was canceled. Don’t waste your time @ N Falls NY location! Another 15 drive to LZ boy Amherst NY @ jackpot! Buyer beware raymor flanigan is clueless!

    Please shop at Ashley furniture store where they don’t lie and value there customers they have a mean cover up with what starting with the manager and sales people they all work together on making believe that you’re purchasing Furniture that they don’t have in stock I suggest you contact channel 4 win for anyone that’s experiencing problems with them. They’re really helpful.

    I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone and my mothers been dealing with them for years.first off they lied and said they could get the couches from any warehouse they had on a sat which I put down 100 off my card to just hold until I discussed it over with my partner.Came back next day Sunday put down 1000, called Mon to get delivery fee reduced came in Tues and paid the remainder of balance and asked when could my couches be delivered. Sales Manger going to tell me oh we don’t have any in stock so you’ll have to wait until January some time.so I’m like oh hell naw run me my money back for them to give me money I just gave them talking about they don’t got money in store to reimburse me my down payment and gold fee they’ll have to give it back in check form in 7-10 business days like people have time to be letting other people play with their money during Christmas time.then she gives me number says it’s corporate knowing damn well they didn’t have a corporate office it was a customer care line smh.talked to someone over at customer care that helped escalate it and report that location , because come to find out they should have given me my money back not in check form when all this happened within 3 days not like it was weeks and months ago and lied cause the furniture was never in stock until Feb 25th. I also felt sales person assumed we didn’t have the money because she said oh you can pay it off during tax time as if I needed to or would ever have to .so same day went and purchased a set for more but at Ashley furniture CASH and got excellent service and will be expecting my new furniture in days.I will Neverrrrrrrr recommend Raymour and Flanigan to anyone

    My husband and I purchased a piece of furniture in FULL without financing and was told that it would be delivered "ASSEMBLED". Upon delivery my husband was left with the shelves to install himself and a remote with batteries only to have the remote to the firebox not work. Batteries were swapped with new and the remote to the firebox STILL DOES NOT WORK. He then proceeds to install the shelves but upon opening the cabinet door the hinge came with it. Immediately we call the Niagara Falls store to report this and ask for a replacement. I was placed on hold for a decent amount of time then she took down the information and told me that I would receive a text to schedule a technician to "come out and try to repair it or exchange it." Technician comes completely CLUELESS as to why he was there. My husband explained we already sent photos to the text thread we received from R&F that confirmed our case number and that photos were requested. Tech took some photos himself & said that we would receive a call no later than Tuesday to schedule the exchange and did nothing else. Tuesday arrived and by 4pm I never received a phone call. I call the Niagara Falls location to follow up and was informed that the technician called out and the person who processes the exchanges was off for the last two days. At this point it has been let down after let down. I ask for the contact info for the service department and I spoke with Valerie where she confirmed information we already knew (the technician came out Saturday to assess the furniture). She then proceeds to tell me that I will get a phone call only to SCHEDULE the exchange on THURSDAY and she has a lot of exchanges to do being off for two days and she is only one person and that she can put our case on her manager Meghan's desk to deal with herself but she was already gone for the day and won't be in until 8am tomorrow morning. This has been nothing but an unacceptable and very disappointing experience. My husband and I purchased a PIECE OF FURNITURE THAT IS DAMAGED AND DOESN'T WORK and have no ETA of a replacement. VERY UPSET TO HAVE SPENT MONEY ON A PRODUCT WE CAN'T ENJOY OR GET REPLACED. 70 YEARS OF COMMITMENT? WHERE IS THE COMMITMENT IN OUR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE? DELIVERING QUALITY AND CARE? WE CERTAINLY HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY! DELIVERY IN 3 DAYS OR LESS? WRONG. WE DON'T EVEN HAVE A SCHEDULED DATE TO SCHEDULE YET ANOTHER DATE FOR THE EXCHANGE!!!! Absolutely disappointed and left feeling ROBBED!!! We just simply want we PAID in FULL for.
