When I opened up the pictures at home, there was a problem with the framing, the pictures were actually wavy/buckled within the framing. I took the Framed pictures back to the store. I’m sorry I don’t remember the name of the store manager, but he was nothing but kind and gracious. He stated that they will absolutely make this right. And they did. They did a beautiful job and corrected the problem. I would absolutely return again for custom framing, especially knowing they stand behind their work. I am very pleased with the outcome. Kudos to the store manager. This encounter occurred on October 11, 2025.
