They didnt want to take it because it had gas in it even though they sold it to me with gas in it. And unbelievably they sell units to the public before they test them for functionality. They were rude especially the girl at customer service

- LSlaura sFeb 11, 20261.0We ordered kitchen countertops through Lowe’s For my mother’s new home. They were installed on January 28. On January 29, she noticed a very large crack on the countertops. We immediately contacted Lowe’s and we’re referred to the customer care team who sent us an email requesting pictures. I sent several pictures of the damage. Many emails and phone calls to the customer care team and here we are February 11 and they have not even attempted to schedule to come look at the damage in order to have the countertops replaced, even though when I did speak to someone, they said not to worry, someone will be contacting me shortly in order to resolve this issue. We also ordered our cabinets through them for her new kitchen, and not only where they delivered to the wrong address, but they only sent a portion of the order and some of the cabinets were damaged, which just caused all kinds of issues trying to get them returned and re-ordered even though they had the delivery address as my mother‘s address for some reason they sent them to my address instead this is what happens when Lowe’s hires outside contractors instead of having their own company make their deliveries this whole project has been nothing but a major headache. And when I tried to go to Better Business Bureau, apparently Lowe’s is not affiliated with the Better Business Bureau if you’re planning on remodeling, I suggest do not use Lowe’s.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
