    Stopped in on a Sunday evening a couple weeks ago to purchase a refrigerator. Gregory was busy in appliances but he made time for us, sold us a refrigerator and we were in and out in 15 min. He set up delivery and we had our new refrigerator Tuesday. Also if needing delivery and if you ever need a door swap ask for Caeser and Stanley from delivery company. Thank you Gregory for making everything simple and providing great customer service.

    I ordered an EGO snowblower from Lowe’s and it was delivered from this location. It comes with two batteries and one is seemingly used and has the serial number peeled off. Now I can’t register it for the warranty, I’m extremely frustrated. This store also does not communicate well with the Lowe’s website / corporate, as it turns out the store only delivers to new Jersey on mondays and fridays, yet corporate couldn’t figure out why my order kept not being delivered, and they insisted I had to select a Saturday or Wednesday. Even one of the associates at this location told me to select a Wednesday after it was first not delivered on a Saturday… many phone calls and hours on hold later, I finally received my $2000 snow blower, only to receive a used battery. Horrible experience.

    I came in to pick up supplies I thought I needed for a furniture painting project. I was helped by Bob, the gentleman working at the pain counter. Bob’s knowledge and experience was evident. He explained my options and prevented me from buying a product that was not suitable for my specific project. I’m looking forward to returning to Lowe’s and sharing pictures of my finished project with Bob.😊

    I ordered 2 doors for front door and patio door they delivered the doors whe the contractor installed one of the doors it was the wrong one I stopped the project went back to Lowe's to see why I received the wrong doors this manager wanted me to purchase 2 more doors at almost 9k instead of properly assisting me this been going on since October I ordered the doors in August I'm still fighting with them about my doors the contract Cleary says that I ordered 2 sets of the same doors French opening that's not what I received they have been giving me the run around I'm about to lawyer up and call the press
