    Paid for washer and dryer installation for me to get the runaround and have to install myself. Very unreliable service. Never again. Dealt with this for 2 weeks.

    The absolute WORST when it comes to buying appliances. Bought a washer and dryer and all we get is the run around about hooking it up. Went to store numerous times for parts. Delivery guy didnt hook up the washer. Needed a seperate service to hook up dryer... 2 weeks later still getting the run around. Everyone is clueless and now we need to schedule another day just for the washer hookup because the delivery guys were apparently to BUSY or LAZY to hook up the washing machine. Never again will i purchase any appliances from Lowes.

    I bought a dishwasher from Lowes to be installed. They came out the following week, only to discover that I needed a upgrade to my new dishwasher, as my old one is 25 years old. I was charged $500+ more and he would come back the following week. So I was scheduled today 10/21/25, and no one showed. I called the installation company and they said that the guy who was assigned to my job no longer works for them. I would have to be reschedule- 9 days later. I am not a happy person right now. She said that she would call me back to see if she can schedule me sooner. There will be a very long time before I buy anything from Lowes again.

    Probably the worst show of customer service I have ever had. We purchased a door in July and the installer measured the wrong door the lied to Lowe’s and told them we told them the asked for the wrong door to be measured. Lowe’s wanted to charge us a restocking Fee for the wrong door the measured. The installer then Lost the door and Lowe’s couldn’t find the returned door then took weeks now almost three months later we are paying for a door we don’t currently own. Team that came to install the door was sloppy and not friendly. Sales associate for millwork was clueless. The level of incompetence is high probably tier 1 and of the highest caliber of incompetence. Honestly I would have rather had Bozo the clown assist me, at least I would have laughed. The back and forth was awful and only the manager Betsy and Nathan tried but too little too late. I will shop at Home Depot.
