  Ruffalo Appliance provided us with quick, efficient service for our electric dryer. Marcus was knowledgeable, capable and friendly. The problem (worn out rollers) was discovered, parts ordered and installed in a week's time. We would definitely call them again.

  Excellent certified stove conversion to propane. Technician was knowledgeable and carried out the work with efficiency. He arrived at the appointed time and was friendly and helpful.

  I contacted Ruffalo Appliance about a fused door lock. The machine was holding my husband's work clothes hostage and I needed help. I had already troubleshooted the error codes and such. I called Donna and she was so helpful!!! I told her everything and how I had troubleshooted the issue and she really listened!! We talked thru possibilities, then broke down the costs of repair, labor and parts. Then the cost of an different machine on sale (which was a decent price). Donna was very knowledgeable, straight forward and easy to talk to. Thank you so much. I definitely recommend shopping local here rather than a big box store that deals with generalities. Thanks Donna!!
