  Very impressed with the customer service, ease of ordering, sticking to delivery windows, delivery and set up, the whole thing. The pieces themselves (sofa, mattress, platform bed, and more) are high quality and fairly priced. Highly recommend Room & Board NYC.

  Went 3/8. Was in the store for about 45 minutes, tried multiple couches, looked at patterns, etc.. My partner and I were ready to buy a couch, but not a single sales associate even looked at us. When we tried to ask for help they avoided eye contact with us. I don’t know if it’s because we’re an interracial couple because everyone else in the store was being helped. The couches were lovely but the in-store experience was terrible.

  We hada fantastic experience at Room & Board Chelsea! We worked with Rod, who was absolutely incredible. We struggle with major decision paralysis, but Rod made the entire process seamless. He helped us design our living room by working around our existing decor and finding new pieces that fit our space and color palette perfectly. He was professional, friendly, and always available via email to answer our questions. If you're feeling overwhelmed by choices, ask for Rod - he's an expert at guiding you to the right selections. Highly recommend!

  We just bought a Berin couch and within a day found problems with cushions, pull out mechanism and also the spacing between the mattresses. I reached out to customer care the next day hoping for a quick resolution. Sadly it has been 20 days with no resolution in sight. The customer service person assigned to me hasn't been helpful and in last 20 days they have followed up just once and then disappeared. In fact if i try to reach out, i get they are out of office. If i call in, someone else tells me that I should expect to get a call soon as my specialist is busy but that never happens. Attached are pics, where you can see that I keep following up but no response or action, just automated emails. Terrible customer service and average product!
