  Incredibly helpful associates who were both patient and knowledgeable. We walked in with no real hope of finding what we were looking for right away, but Nicole went above and beyond to work within our preferences, and we've now got a gorgeous new couch!

  I had a great experience at Raymour & Flanigan, and Gabriel Terneus made it even better. He was friendly, patient, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. He explained everything clearly and helped me find the perfect bed without any pressure. The whole process felt easy and stress-free, and you can tell he genuinely cares about helping customers. I left feeling really happy and confident in my purchase. I definitely recommend asking for Gabriel!

  Gabriel is the best salesman. My Raymour account was expired. Gabriel help me renew my account and completed my new purchase. I will return soon to make another purchase. Look forward to doing business with him again. Thank you.

  Customer Service was awesome! As soon as I entered the store was greeted by several staff and directed to the Customer Service area. The receptionist was friendly and informed me the systems were running a little slow! Nice to know my time was valued. The associate Andrene who assist me was very polite, friendly and explained clearly. I already knew what I wanted, she showed me to confirm and then processed the paperwork! During the process she was engaging and we had a very nice chat! Overall! The customer services was great, was able to get what I wanted and left the store happy! Great job to the two women who assisted me! Kuddos!

  I walked in the Harlem location on a Saturday after brunch and met Prince Woodbury, the sales representative. He showed me around the store to what I was looking to purchase. He thoroughly explained each piece and was very patient and easy to talk to. I ended up going back the next day (a Sunday, which was a VIP day) to purchase my choices. Because I had to be in BK by 1pm, I was there as soon as the store opened (11am, and Prince was there. With smile in place we took to business and I placed my order and even got a free gift for my purchase. I've purchased from Raymour & Flanigan many times because of the quality of their furniture. I am still happy to say that has not changed.
