- GGGenevieve Guenther5 days ago1.0Avoid these guys. They are totally incompetent and hugely expensive. First they said they couldn’t source the door handle we hired them to replace, so I found and ordered a replacement handle myself. When they arrived to install that handle — identical to the old one, mind you — they claimed they couldn’t actually fit it over the extant lock — and that I would have to source and order my own brand new lock! At that point, I kicked them out and called my local locksmith, who installed the new door handle over the old lock in about ten minutes — for 1/3rd of the price.
