- NMNik MDec 24, 20251.0Ordered a caviar display for Christmas, the prong was bent and bowl for ice scratched. Emailed the company to get another sent out to have the crystal be cracked as well and a very scratched bowl. The man I was emailing with said this store assured him it was in perfect condition. This item was over 1k not to mention….I’ve had a better shopping experience at Scully & Scully, they are much more professional and prestigious. Do not waste your money with this company they take no pride in what they give you.

Put frame in cabinet for a year as baby grows up in its original gift packaging. 3. Remove frame from cabinet and notice large discolored blemish on frame. 4. Take frame to Christofle and have the associate say someone must have used Windex on it and that "you can still use it even if it looks bad" 5. Avoid Christofle at all costs, especially this location. What a scam.
