  Jeanette could not have been anymore gracious and helpful with showing me the unit and helping with pricing. She even helped with figuring out what size unit I required. Fantastic customer service !

  Great customer service from Eric and Janet! They helped us get a great rate and good storage location at their facility. It's a very clean, safe and secure space here too. Everyone was so friendly and helpful to what we needed to get for storage. Highly recommend this location over all the others!

  A very clean and orderly storage space! Easy access and really friendly staff. Jeanette, Jude, and Eric were so kind and thorough. I had many questions and specific needs for items we were storing for work, and they were able to answer all of our questions and were very patient with us. If you need storage on the west side, this is the place!

  Avoid this facility — they do not operate in good faith. Their sales team explicitly tells you that you can “lock in” a rate by committing to a term (e.g., 6–12 months) and that your price will not change. Then they send a contract that quietly allows them to raise prices anyway. Within months, the rate increases significantly — in my case 60% within the first few months to nearly $600/month (almost 3x the agreed upon "fixed" rate). You’re not properly notified (only via mail, not email or phone), so most people don’t catch it until it’s too late. When you complain, management says the only way to lock a rate is to pay upfront — something none of their sales reps ever disclosed, even when asked multiple times. This happened to us repeatedly across multiple years, so this is not a mistake — it’s a pattern. This is a misleading practice designed to take advantage of customers. Proceed with extreme caution or avoid altogether. While the on-site staff are kind, management—particularly Tanya—declined to review recordings or take accountability, even though this issue has continued for over a year and we have documented proof that we reasonably relied on the false assertions made by their own sales team.
