  I recently purchased a king size Tempur-pedic hybrid mattress at the Broadway and 70th St. store and I had such a great experience with the sales person whose name was Joel From the start to finish it with such a great experience no High pressure sales pitch Just very knowledgeable about the product and would highly recommend this matches after sleeping on it my first night Make sure you ask for Joel when you go to the store

  Joel was a great sales associate from the moment we got in has a very sweet demeanor right from the beginning told us this was not a sales pitch, but educated us on the different mattresses that would be the right fit for us. Love that he helped us make a decision on which mattress to purchase.

  I recently visited Tempur-Pedic and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The employee who assisted me (I unfortunately didn’t catch his name) was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explain the differences between the pillows, and made sure I felt comfortable trying out several options without any pressure. It’s clear that customer service is a priority here. I truly appreciate the care and attention I received, and I’m excited about my purchase. I would absolutely recommend Tempur-Pedic to anyone looking for quality products and outstanding service!

  I had the most amazing retail experience here yesterday, in an era where good in-store experiences seem to be more and more rare. I went in to buy a new mattress and was greeted by Zoelah, who was impeccably dressed, and I immediately knew I was in good hands. She clearly represented the brand, the differentiators of the products, and asked me all the right discovery questions to ensure that she was meeting the specific needs I had. I've owned a Tempur-Pedic mattress for the last 12 years and it has been a zero-regrets investment. As I got a new guest room I needed to replace my current one. I was blown away at how beautiful the store was and I felt much more like I was in a home than a retail store. In the past I've generally not had the best experiences shopping for mattresses. Here I was able to actually go into a closed room with all sorts of different sounds and demonstrations to see the full capabilities of the bed. I immediately felt sleepy because I was so comfortable. The store is immaculate, literally not a speck of dust. It is super clean and the staff uses temporary linens to make sure everything is hygienic as you test the bed, which made me relax even more. I felt that they really understood the technology and the products and were able to answer all of my questions. I felt really confident about my purchase and so I didn't feel like I needed to shop around. I walked out of there with pillows and an order placed for a bed, all in about 45 minutes. I felt extremely confident with my choice. I'm really glad that I came to this flagship store because I considered going to an authorized reseller to shop a couple different brands. I think the depth of the product knowledge and the quality of the retail experience was great and I was actually able to get some unique discounts that were not going to be offered elsewhere. I thank the entire staff for the great service and I can't wait for my bed to be delivered.

  Harry made this one of the best retail experiences we’ve had in a long time. We came in to replace our older Tempur-Pedic after dealing with back pain, and he was thoughtful from the start. He listened, asked the right questions, and walked us through the models in a way that felt informative, not sales-driven. His product knowledge is excellent, but what stood out most was his patience and how comfortable he made the process. We chose a firm Adapt model and left feeling confident in a big purchase because of him. Employees like Harry make a real difference in how people experience this brand. Tempur-Pedic should be proud to have him on their team.
