- SASiddharth Aeron3 days ago1.0We just bought a Berin couch and within a day found problems with cushions, pull out mechanism and also the spacing between the mattresses. I reached out to customer care the next day hoping for a quick resolution. Sadly it has been 20 days with no resolution in sight. The customer service person assigned to me hasn't been helpful and in last 20 days they have followed up just once and then disappeared. In fact if i try to reach out, i get they are out of office. If i call in, someone else tells me that I should expect to get a call soon as my specialist is busy but that never happens. Attached are pics, where you can see that I keep following up but no response or action, just automated emails. Terrible customer service and average product!

- TWTony WangNov 15, 20251.0I bought the Streeter lamp from them and had it delivered for $160. They then dropped the base of the lamp while delivering it on my oak floors and completely damaged them. They are super slow to respond to the damage and issue. Would not order again if I could do it over - their delivery service damages your home!!
