We struggle with major decision paralysis, but Rod made the entire process seamless. He helped us design our living room by working around our existing decor and finding new pieces that fit our space and color palette perfectly. He was professional, friendly, and always available via email to answer our questions. If you're feeling overwhelmed by choices, ask for Rod - he's an expert at guiding you to the right selections. Highly recommend!

I reached out to customer care the next day hoping for a quick resolution. Sadly it has been 20 days with no resolution in sight. The customer service person assigned to me hasn't been helpful and in last 20 days they have followed up just once and then disappeared. In fact if i try to reach out, i get they are out of office. If i call in, someone else tells me that I should expect to get a call soon as my specialist is busy but that never happens. Attached are pics, where you can see that I keep following up but no response or action, just automated emails. Terrible customer service and average product!
