While I’m not usually the type to write reviews, I hadn’t been here before and was extremely impressed with not only the quality of the furniture (especially the fabric customization options) but especially with the service. The design consultant I spoke with was extremely helpful/detailed in helping me figure out what things might work best for my layout. I also didn’t feel rushed at all which was really refreshing. I’d also add that even besides the pieces and the service, the showroom in and of itself is beautiful. Can’t recommend this place enough.

- LDLior DOct 1, 20251.0I purchased an Ovni coffee table from the upper east side store in 2024. After less than 2 years, the glass top shattered in the middle of the night when everyone was asleep. There was only about 10-15 pounds of decoration on the table. When I contacted the showroom for support they told me it’s my fault and said a replacement glass top would cost over $1000. The after sales support is non existent and the store manager is ignoring all emails. For a high end chain to abandon their clients after the sale is done is completely unacceptable. Don’t shop with this brand if you expect your $4000 coffee table to last more than 2 years or expect any kind of after sales support.
