  This brand prides itself in fabricated high quality. It’s no better than any other brand. It’s quite low quality gimmick. Don’t waste your money here. They promote this “free interior design” to get you to spend a certain amount. It’s really not worth it. Our Itineraire couch started to pill in 3 months with no high traffic in all in our home. I initially was worried about pilling because the weaving is not tight. Of course the sales associate told me not to worry bc it is made a certain way to avoid that and has “1000 rub count” before that happens. Can’t believe I believed that. So when the Customer Service manager, Sammy return my call about this, he sent out some technicians who basically told me this happens all the time and all I can do is buy a pilling machine for it and to be careful because the pilling machine can also rip it. After the technicians came to my house I reached out to Sammy again because I’m really unhappy about the quality of their furniture. He has yet to return my call. It’s been two months. I called at least six times and left a message. I have never had to maintain a sofa like this in my life. This is the most expensive sofa I have ever owned so to have to do this is so ridiculous when they told me it would be so low maintenance. I also didn’t mention the fact that we had to wait four months plus for every item that we bought. It really is not worth it. You can find great furniture locally. The sales associate also tried to tell me that furniture from RH and Arhaus is terrible because it’s made in China(which is not true, Arhaus in made in the US). Well, let me tell you some of the furniture that I have from those other brands have been great and I’ve had them for 5+ years with no issues like this. Take my advice and avoid this brand Roche Bobois at all costs because it’s going to be costly, a long wait, not worth it, with terrible customer service.

  I own a $10,000 sofa from this company and they have the audacity to tell me they provide no post-sale services like cleaning or refinishing. Terrible company with terrible service.

  I have very bad experience here! In Beijing and Boston I bought a lot of furnitures and arts. I have never met such bad services but in this store which is terrible! When I bought the art which in show room. It was well organized. Nobody tell me I need to put all pieces together by myself. I think I will buy a same one. So I decided to pick up by myself. When the art was ready, I drove four hours from Boston to New York. I found I needed to put all pieces together by myself. I asked them to put together before I pick up. They said no because no warranty if I carry it after a well done art. Then I have no choice but pay another usd600 for them to sending to my house in Boston, the fees included installation fees. I reminded Ms Lea Liu by email many times to make sure the art to be sent during my stay in BOSTON, but failed in October! And I reminded Ms liu again my next staying in Boston, they still failed with many excuses! Then I have to change my air ticket to wait another four days to waiting people coming to install the art! It is a worst experience of buying an art in New York store! And nobody apologized and no any compensation!! I will never buy any pieces in New York store! Bad! Worse, the worst!
