We had a frustrating experience at Roche regarding a long - very long - time for a chair delivery and what we considered subpar customer service. We have bought nearly all our furniture from Roche Bobois either in Paris or in the U.S. so this was surprising. But then, with sincerity and kindness, Sandro Mardkha, manager at Roche Bobois' flagship store, made everything right again. He swooped in and took care of us in the most seamless and courteous way. Sometimes you judge a place by what they do when they make a mistake. Well, Roche triumphed and we are now more than ever huge fans!
