  It was amazing. I only went in to browse, I had been wanting to purchase for a while but not that day. But Gabriel made it so easy for me to make a decision. He was kind, attentive, & knowledgeable. He seemed to know exactly what I wanted, he made the process seamless and all within my budget. I can't wait to get my new furniture.   Gabriel had such a positive attitude and really took the time out to see what I really liked. Both him and the manager had great communication and enthusiasm. I also got my first bed set from here as well and the experience was never below great

  My experience at Raymour & Flanigan was excellent from start to finish. My salesperson, Prince, took the time to educate me on furniture construction, mattress options, materials, and overall quality differences. I left the store feeling informed and confident in my purchase. If you are in the NYC area, I highly recommend visiting the Harlem location and asking for Prince. His professionalism, product knowledge, and customer service truly stand out. Thank you again, Prince.
