- WDWill DrevnoOct 24, 20251.0DO NOT BUY FROM HERE - The in-store sales and in-store customer experience are great and do care. However, Raymour & Flanigan's back office organization just is incompetent. We ordered a couch 2 weeks ago and our delivery date has been pushed back twice. Standard delivery is supposed to be 2 days. On the most recent attempt they just went ahead and resubmitted our order. The excuse for the last delivery reschedule was it "didn't make it on the truck that morning." When you call the back office customer support number, nobody picks up the phone and you can only leave a voicemail. The store staff said they couldn't even get in touch with the warehouse after trying for a full day themselves.

Tuesday came and went, couldn't get in touch with anyone from the showroom. Waited all day for delivery. Reached out to customer service, after a while they said someone from the show room would reach out with details, that didn't happen. After a lot of missed calls, got in touch with someone at the showroom in Union Square. They said the original reservation must have glitched with the system and the delivery was never actually scheduled, I was upset but I said no problem, planned for the following Monday which is today October 20th 2025. Got a delivery text like last time my delivery was coming 9am-12pm. Called the showroom to confirm, they said they didn't have my delivery in the system and wanted to reschedule for later in the week. this was after the delivery window expired. I asked for a refund. Truly a horrible experience

The third one was on the top of a bunk bed. The salesman suggested I go to the Upper East Side store. I live close to Union Square - I'm not going to the Upper East Side. Very annoying.
