  They block the whole street to deliver one item. Left the truck parked in the middle of the street and went upstairs to deliver.

  I wouldn’t typically write a review but this was the most frustrating customer service experience I have ever had. It was nearly impossible to get in touch with customer service or corporate. I made over 30 calls in the span of a week and never received a response. What was supposed to be a three-day delivery turned into a two-month ordeal that required four separate deliveries just to receive the correct furniture. On top of that, I was overcharged by more than $700. Despite multiple unanswered calls and in-person visits with receipts in hand, the store repeatedly claimed the refund had been processed, when it never was. While the in-store sales representatives appear helpful and are more responsive than customer service or corporate, actually getting issues resolved is not worth the price discounts offered on the furniture.

  I am extremely disappointed and angry with this purchase. The table arrived already out of its packaging and fully assembled—conditions I never agreed to and would never expect from a “new” item. To make matters worse, I was then made aware I could not return it because it was out of the box and assembled, even though that is exactly how it was delivered. This is blatantly unfair, misleading, and shows zero accountability. I will never buy from this company again, and I’m writing this to warn others about their unacceptable practices and complete disregard for customers.

  total scam of a store we bought a mattress here and they gave us some deal of a multi hundreds of dollars gift card back which they never gave to us and are now giving us the runaround

  The customer service for items purchased in this location is a total nightmare, the false delivery promeses unacceptable and a total sarcastic approach; the sales person is not efficient and very unprofessional. The team commitment to respect the social status of the clients is bad. The stigma of categories based on credentials and buying power are a sad culture and a management reflection of poor performance and bad experience in this particular store. Customer experience a total disappointment and the excuses for an effective delivery performance a real painful and frustrating experience.
