  Ben, Ben, and Leah are all incredibly easy to talk to and work with. They really know the business inside and out—it’s clear they’ve been doing this for a long time. I had a confusing situation where I was in the middle of moving away from one infestation and somehow seemed to bring pests with me to the new place. Leah brainstormed with me on the phone about possible approaches and explained a great plan. Ben came out to do the job and was super personable, adaptable, and patient with me—even after discovering on the spot that I hadn’t done the greatest job with the prep work that was my responsibility 😬. I doubt I’ll need to see them again because I’m pretty confident the job they did will take care of the problem—which is a little unfortunate, because I really enjoyed talking with all three of them

  Devon was friendly, thorough and determined to solve the problem. He located a false floor under the kitchen sink which when removed showed how the mice were entering from the building’s exterior wall. No other staff trying to figure out the issue were as persistent or successful!

  When I first called positive pest with my issues, I spoke with Then who is very accommodating as the owner of the company, he answered his phone after hours and took his time to explain everything to me properly. Then I had dealt with Leah, who is also very patient and understanding, considering I was a little Over excited due to my situation. She answered multiple calls and was very Polite and professional. Next, I received a follow up from a Tacoma who was also very patient, professional and efficient. Then my last appointment was with Devon, who was very professional very experienced and knew exactly what he was saying before I asked him. I would recommend this company to anyone. This is my personal home and I also managed multiple properties in Manhattan. I would recommend this company to both professional and personal friends. Thank you.

  I needed an exterminator as soon as possible not only did I get one but This company went above and beyond to fit me into their schedule last minute and the technician Benny was very thorough and knowledgeable in explaining the procedures and how to prevent anything from reoccurring again. The treatment worked immediately; I haven't seen a single pest or rodent since the job and I still get Follow up making sure that everything is going well. Thank you positive pest Management I truly recommend this company and tech.
