This is the photo the driver emailed to confirm the items were delivered. There was no packaging, they did not buzz my apt to deliver the items safely inside the building (I was home when it was delivered), and left the containers littered across the dirty sidewalk. Of course when I went to get them, they were gone. I never received them. I called Lowe’s to complain and they said because of the photo, they consider the items delivered. They refused to issue a refund or reorder the products. I’m going to order from Home Depot. I live in Brooklyn and would never order from them again. If you live in a city or in a building that requires buzzing an apt to deliver packages inside, don’t order from Lowe’s. They don’t take responsibility for the careless delivery of their products.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
