    Well, being followed to my apartment isn't one of my favorite things to come back. Even if I was not a corporate affiliate. This looks bad. Be safe.

    Shannel and Tyniya (my apologies if I spelled them wrong!) these ladies took care of everything I needed! From my return to my new purchase, flawless experience. These two employees are the reason I come back to Lowe’s every time! Thank you so much. ADD ON; to comment on your reply; You definitely will. I’ve been going to the Home Depot on both, Hamilton and Coney Island for 32 years. Since I’ve been able to walk. I haven’t been there in A few months now, because of your support staff in the store, Dayshift and night. The people make the store Experience what it is. You got my vote. I’m an ex- retail level Dm, Tsm and corp. employee with 12+ yrs.

    Believe me, I WANT to use this store instead of the competition, to which I have ideological objections. But it's hard. They need a good inventory management system so the website actually represents what they have in stock, and an effective delivery system so that orders don't get lost and canceled. It's difficult to rely on this business right now but I am hopeful that they will get it together.

    After driving in an hour of traffic to get to the store and spending about an hour inside the store, trying to buy some material that I needed when I tried to check out. I was told it was card only at the moment and I only had cash on me what a waste of time I couldn't believe it. I'm never coming to this location again.

    Customer service is the worst! Now Lowe’s don’t come with your “I apologize please give us a call to follow up on your experience” fire all your employees they’re ruining your rep. They all act like holiday temporary hires all year long. They don’t know anything and aren’t even kind. They have me on hold for 20minutes and didn’t even ask for my order # so they’re clearly not investigating what I need. This was in English and now in Spanish no one picks up. Disgusting.
