    Ferguson Home is a great company - their showroom is beautiful and the people who work there are outstanding. I was able to get an appointment to their NYC showroom on very short notice (less than an hour) and Tim H. was excellent despite my order being fairly simple and small. He carefully checked on measurements of the items and assured me everything will fit. I really appreciate the respectful way he handled this order. I will be sure to come back to Tim/Ferguson when I do my next project! THANK YOU!

    I worked with Janam in helping with all of the fixtures and even some of the design choices for a recent bathroom renovation. He was incredibly helpful and patient and it was a pleasure working with him. I can not provide a high enough review for Janam and Ferguson products and the overall experience.

    Tim Harewood at Ferguson Home is fantastic. I have been working with him since June 2025 to select and order fixtures for the renovation of a 2-BR/2-BA and he has been super-helpful, knowledgeable and cheerful from the beginning. No order too small or too large for him to handle well. He's also very patient (we went through several configurations), thoughtful and always available. We met with a couple other suppliers, but Tim's patience, flexibility and supportiveness were the main reasons we chose Ferguson. So glad to be working with Tim and Ferguson!

    Made an appt at the NYC showroom. Tim Harewood was awesome, cannot say enough about his expertise. I brought a couple of samples of tiles and he read me like we were working together forever. Ordered what I needed at once. He put in an order in for custom size vanity and directed me with every detail. I am planning on working with him on lighting and other items at our next appt. I did not realize he would handle it all! This is the place to go!

    Megan Butler, the very experienced sales rep at the E 58th St NYC Ferguson Home/(build.com) location made the difference between our spec home project looking ok and looking great, while respecting budget constraints. She is smart, knowledgable, efficient, easy and indeed a pleasure to work with; truly service-oriented. She repeatedly delivered the high value a first-rate salesperson can add to a project, partly because she in a detailed way paid attention to the overall project design and goals. She listens very carefully. Add to this the trust she built-- the value of having confidence that any inevitable snafus in a complex project will be fairly sorted without stress-- truly priceless. Highest possible praise. She is on our short speed dial list for all future construction projects

How long do I have to return an item?

For most items, you may initiate a return for refund of the purchase price (not including shipping) within 90 days of receipt. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 90 days from receipt of the order. Refunds will be applied to your account (minus return shipping) once the item(s) has been received and inspected by our warehouse team.
