  Just used Extra Space Storage for the first time. This was my first experience with storage units and Sharise was the person who helped me. She was very outgoing and warm and let me know how to get into the facility (hours of operation), how to get into my storage unit, the app features, and most importantly for me the security cameras. I felt safe putting my things into my storage unit and I like the atmosphere here. Thank you again to Sharise who made my first storage experience fun, easy and accessible. 10/10 would recommend.

  Making a reservation and confirming a storage space was so easy at this location. I worked with Jacklyn on finalizing my agreement and she was amazing! Super sweet and funny and was able to answer all my questions and explain how my contract worked. The whole experience felt like talking to a friend with easy fun convo. Employees are very knowledgeable about the location and terms and create a safe but fun environment. Would definitely recommend this location to others.

  I can't remember my reps name but he was very kind and professional with me, perhaps you could research my file and see who was the intake person when I rented my space, all in all I'm very happy.

  The staff at this location are genuinely friendly, cheerful, and funny, but the company’s overall business practice is terrible. There are hidden fees and sudden price increases that make it hard to trust them. The day before my move, I visited the facility in person to check the space and confirm the final price. Everything seemed fine — the staff even joked that “adulting isn’t easy” and told me I was doing great. They mentioned that the system would generate the contract or access code the next day. However, when they called me the next day to confirm my arrival, I happened to double-check the price, and they had raised it by $100, saying prices fluctuate daily. That kind of last-minute change felt extremely dishonest. I told them it was unacceptable and that this behavior was shameful — why did I bother coming the day before if the quote meant nothing? Later, they called back saying they could honor the original price, but only if I took a second-floor unit instead of a first-floor one. At that point, I was completely turned off and chose another storage company nearby.

  Forgot to pay my storage after always making payments. Instead of them Emailing me they told me they don’t use email. They said they can only reach you by phone number. My number was changed and they claim because they couldn’t reach me by phone number they sold my things. What’s funny is they never sold my things they kept what they wanted and throw my personal things out like pictures, my Mom bible and things out like it was trash. They lied, when someone I know because I’m from around the neighborhood found my Mom bible and some of my pics in the trash. I would never do business with this storage ever again and if U forget to pay they will tell you they don’t reach you by email. Everything is done on the computer nowadays even when applying for jobs so I know it was a bunch of BS. They are a bunch of thieves and only want to keep what they feel they can make money off or keep for themselves. I hope the polices have changed. I should have reported them but I let God handle it. I’m happy that I’m with CubeSmart much better, reasonable pricing and yes they will remind U by email and text message and will even give you a courtesy call. Rent with Extra Space Storage at your own risk.
