I needed to get a storage space for my daughter who lives in NY and myself in New Jersey. For years, I would drive over to swap out seasonal clothing and it had become a daunting task. I called to inquire about the service and was pleased to have Arly & Jackie helped me with the perfect unit to meet our needs. I had explained that I was on a time crunch and they all worked together to make sure my unit, was ready, the company lock was removed and replaced with my personal lock. I got lost and immediately Jackie came to my rescue to help me find my storage unit. Because my unit was up high, Arly & Jackie already had a ladder waiting for me right at my unit!! I didn't even have to look for it! They also reminded me of other products an services that Extra Space provides and reassured me that if I ever needed anything, to reach out to him! Exceptional service from the point of contact with the call center to move in with Jackie & Arly. I am so disappointed that in my haste, I failed to get the customer service representative who took my initial call and help to get me set up! She was professional and extremely patient as I had to keep putting her on hold to handle another matter, and every time I returned she just smiled in her voice ad reassured me" I am right here for you, I haven't left..take your time" That was such a relief, because many other places would have encouraged me to call back later, but she knew this was urgent because I needed to get back to Jersey, but she was dedicated to servicing me no matter what! Within just five minutes of our conversation, I felt compelled to commend her for her remarkable skills. In an industry where exceptional service can often feel rare, Kia shines as a true gem. Her warm demeanor and genuine willingness to help immediately set her apart (especially after learning that she’s been there all day by herself)! It’s refreshing to encounter someone who not only understands the importance of customer satisfaction but also goes above and beyond to ensure that every customer feels valued and supported.
