The company was helpful with info and its notification for an upcoming auction date. I finally was able to bring the account current by phone. The gentleman I spoke with was very helpful, polite and understanding. Wish I had had the new card sooner, but a very professional interaction on the part of Extra Space.

Just putting that out there just in case you need easier access. Otherwise everything is great and convenient for me. Highly recommend if you are in the area only con is that you don't have 24 hour access.
