  I highly recommend Maria Raposo! She guided me through the entire shades and drapery selection process from start to finish. Maria is incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented. She truly listens, offers thoughtful advice, and makes the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I felt confident every step of the way — and the final result is absolutely beautiful.   After window shopping a few locations for new blinds for my window, i locked in an order with maria raposo and i love them! She was so incredibly helpful cause i didn’t have a set idea, just an abstract concept. Despite how annoying i must have been, she was very patient with me and gave knowledgeable answers to my *many* questions. i can’t recommend her enough!

  The blinds installer came and had never installed our type of blinds. The blinds were missing hardwire connectors and a transformer. I had my electrician arrive and the didn’t have the voltage correct. They took down my old blinds and dismantled the hardwire box. The blinds don’t work and I will be charged for 2 electrician visits. We waited months and it’s a disaster after spending 5K

  I ordered 2 simple roller shades and paid $$ for installation. First install failed due to "wrong parts," had to chase them to respond. Second install failed AGAIN due to "wrong parts." This is a basic shade and for a major location of a National company, a pathetic indication of quality & customer service. Still unresolved and installed incorrectly. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere, there are plenty of other options in NYC. Lifetime warranty? I'm laughing at that claim since they are incapable of installation. Never again.

  I had an amazing experience with Blinds To Go from start to finish - the initial design consultation, to measurement, to installation—everything was smooth, easy, and stress-free. Huge shoutout to Brayella, my designer, who was absolutely fantastic. She gave thoughtful, honest advice and product expertise, all tailored to my specific needs. I never felt pushed—just really well guided. The store has a great variety of options, so it was easy to find something that matched my home’s aesthetic. The final result looks fantastic—I’m in love ❤️. Highly recommend!
