I wasn't sure if it was allowed as I read something about the EPA halting the city from doing so. I inquired about other methods they use. The guy on the phone apparently thought I was from some city agency looking for me to "catch him out doing something illegal" and was telling me to call other companies or use Google to find out information. It was such a strange exchange on the phone. I asked him if he was the owner because I cannot imagine anyone getting business with his attitude. I get that I wouldn't be dealing with a five star restaurant customer service personality but it was aggressive, shady and degenerate behavior.
