  Nicole was great! He was on time, pleasant, friendly and fast. The balance that was sent was might the right size. But he adjusted it and made it work. Highly recommend!

  We had a great buying experience! Victoria was patient, knowledgeable and thoughtful. We changed our minds a few times but she guided us through the process helping us to make the right decisions. The whole staff was very attentive throughout the entire experience. The price is right as well!

  Install was fine. However the blind broke within a day of installation. The rod that closes the slats came off. This is what I paid for? For something to break within a day and with almost no usage?? Outrageous. I should get a refund for that shade which cost a lot of money. Sure free repairs but now I have to destroy a half a work day to wait in. Zero stars for the product. This is a scam.

  Blinds were sized in a way that left me with 1/32nd of an inch extra space to install. All the headrails are jammed together next to each other and I had to disregard the installation instructions and fit the right and left into the window frame with zero space to make them fit. It very nearly was impossible to install. The valence was 1/2” too long and I had to cut it down with a saw myself. Store was no help and just looked at paperwork and claimed it was correct. Would not trust them again.
