- AHabi hernandezApr 17, 20261.0this location locks up the trolley carts once the office closes. also, the manager with the false lashes is especially unkind. after rushing to move in (even though the location didn’t close for another few hours), i realized that i was willingly paying to be aggressed by the staff and rushed through the stressor that is moving. i cancelled that same day. if you like passive aggressive staff and paying to be inconvenienced, then i definitely recommend this facility.

Nancy N. and her team went above and beyond to accommodate me and my needs, especially since I have a disability. She was kind and super helpful. Her customer service was excellent. Thumbs up 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. The facility is phenomenal, clean, well kept, and the handicapped parking is a blessing.
