I do not recommend buying any major appliances from Lowes New Hartford. When my old refrigerator stopped working I bought one from Lowes because they advertised that they could deliver in a couple days. After the sale was made the delivery got rescheduled for a couple days out, then a couple more, then a couple more. Two weeks later without a working refrigerator the truck finally gets to my house and the team says they can't get their lift gate to work and they'll reschedule me for another week out.
I called Lowes and they were very clear that any issues after the sale is done aren't their problem, that this was the "delivery team's fault" and the delivery team doesn't actually work for Lowes.
You can get the same deals on the same appliances from a bunch of other places in the area. I recommend you go with one that will actually get it to you. Bonus points if you can find a place that isn't a big box store because they might actually care about your purchase.
I expect Lowes might respond here giving an 800 number I can "reach out to" to "provide feedback." Pretty sure anyone still reading this review has had that experience. You get to listen to an automated message tell you what numbers to hit, then wait on hold for an hour, and finally you describe the issue to someone at a call center who wasn't the one who caused the problem and who can't do anything to fix it.

I purchased a 25.00 HOLIDAY item on 1-5-26 and wasn't aware of the return policy till I tried to return the item less than 30 minutes later. I paid cash and had my receipt. ---(There is no return policy signage posted anywhere except for at the return counter area.)---
The reason i requested a return is because an additional accessory needed to be purchased for my item to be usable. The additional item is out of stock with Lowes, so my item is useless. The store still wouldn't accept my return when I explained the situation. Very disappointed.
You might want to visit the stores return counter or website before making a purchase. Now I have to think twice before making a purchase here. 🙄

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
