    Never go here! Never buy anything they cut if you do. Avoid the store at all costs! They managers are ridiculous and calling customer service is useless. They do not care about customer service. I tried to return 150 of wire they cut. NO one told me it was not returnable..no one told me when I purchased it or picked it up at the pick up desk. I would NEVER have purchased this. It was totally unused. I will never go to this store after today. I just cancelled my credit card as well and opened a home depot card. I refuse to give my hard earned money to a store that isn’t clear about their return policy. You just lost a 10-15k spend customer. I hope the $408 in wire you wouldn’t take back was worth it. —- update: well customer service was amazing. I called and they immediately addressed my issue and called a manager at the store. That manager told me he would need to get approval from another manager and would call me back. That was a WEEK ago now. Not even a peep!! Seriously dissatisfied with the local team. Lowes has never done this to me. I mist have spent over 200k at this store… kitchen remodel, windows, hvac, materials for additions on my house, decking. U name it! Even when HD was cheaper i was loyal. I think my original plan to move to HOme Depot is back on track. Lowes has failed me…over $400 in wire!! Enjoy your $400 lowes!

    Extremely frustrating and disappointing experience I wasted over two hours at Lowe’s on my already busy day off trying to resolve a simple pricing issue. As shown in the photo, the sign clearly advertised $100 off the washer and dryer set, but when I went to check out, the discount wasn’t applied. Several employees agreed with me that I should have received the $100 off, but no one could give me a direct answer after several attempts to try and figure out why LG didn’t qualify for the extra $100 in the fine print (although it did state that it qualified in the fine print..) I had to speak to three different managers, and one of them even left without updating me on any resolution. It wasn’t until I spoke with the third manager that I was finally told the reason: apparently, I don’t receive the $100 off because the item “already has special pricing and corporate gets mad if it is discounted further. If that was the first answer I got and I didn’t have to wait around I wouldn’t have made an issue of this. If that’s the case, then it should not be advertised directly over the product in a way that misleads customers. This situation caused unnecessary frustration and wasted a lot of my time. On top of that, Lowe’s delivery team has been to my house twice, and both times they were unable to properly install the dryer vent. It loosely hangs from the wall because they put in a straight vent but it should be a vertical one. This causes the wall to become hot since the air doesn’t properly vent upwards. On the second visit the team informed me that the dryer requires a different type of vent, one that goes upward, but despite two separate visits, the issue still hasn’t been corrected. For a major retailer, this level of miscommunication, lack of accountability, and poor service is unacceptable. I expected a smooth process and clear answers, but instead I’ve had delays, confusion, and multiple unresolved issues.
