I purchased a 25.00 HOLIDAY item on 1-5-26 and wasn't aware of the return policy till I tried to return the item less than 30 minutes later. I paid cash and had my receipt. ---(There is no return policy signage posted anywhere except for at the return counter area.)---
The reason i requested a return is because an additional accessory needed to be purchased for my item to be usable. The additional item is out of stock with Lowes, so my item is useless. The store still wouldn't accept my return when I explained the situation. Very disappointed.
You might want to visit the stores return counter or website before making a purchase. Now I have to think twice before making a purchase here. 🙄

Excellent experience. Ordered a dryer online for black Friday sale got a good deal. The third party delivery service(believe it was CE) was amazing made it easy and super fast. They were very polite and helped me with any questions I had. So happy I got my dryer fast, installed and the old one taken away within maybe 10 minutes.
