It was broken when I took it out of the bag when I got home but two different managers WATCHED THE TAPES FROM THE TRANSACTION saying they “watched me inspect them” and watched the cashier wrap them and made me purchase a new one. Never in my life have I had a store go to this extreme length over a broken item because it “didn’t happen at their store” and wouldn’t let me do an even exchange for a non broken bowl and made me repurchase it. I truly loved this store before this happened and always shopped there but after this experience I will NOT be back.
