I called to place an order over the phone for a sofa to be delivered to Florida, and Elizabeth was the salesperson who assisted me. The sofa was only 10% off at the time, so I asked for an additional discount, and she offered me another 5%, which I accepted and paid for right away. Five days later, she called back saying there was an additional balance I needed to pay for delivery to my address—even though she had confirmed my address twice during the initial order. I refused to pay the extra amount, as this was clearly an oversight on her part, and by then I'd missed out on other sales options over the holiday weekend. There's been no communication. This turned what should have been a straightforward purchase into a horrible holiday headache. I wouldn't recommend this store—shop elsewhere to avoid surprises and lack of support.
