  I made a purchase in the raymour and flanigan at nanuet. When I gave $500 towards the purchase they wrote it down as $400 and the salesman tried to pocket the $100! Then they excused themselves by saying it will go towards different purchase. I made another purchase and they put the $100 towards it but then they canceled my order and would not give back the $100!! Nicole said it would take 2 months to see the difference on my account. Now its 4 months later and still didn't see the money back on my account. Spoke with supervisor Lynn and she said she would get back to me right away. Haven't heard from her! Will now make complaint at BBB!

  Ordered furniture which never arrived. Sales rep says he doesn't know where is the furniture and why it did not arrive. They claim they have a new computer system which messed up everything! I asked to cancel my order which they agreed to and its been almost 3 weeks since I cancelled and dis not get a Refund! Today I called and they told me sorry but your order cancellation did not go through! I spoke to multiple manager there and none of them were helpful! I disputed the charge with my bank lets see how it goes. I dont recommend!

  Do not buy protection plan! Trying to make a claim for over a month. No answer at”repair center”, and even going on the website does not get you a reply

  Continuing issues trying to get through to anyone in customer service/repair. Have been trying for two weeks. Either get disconnected or the phone just rings endlessly. Finally got through to someone who was supposed to call me back yesterday. Did not get a call and can’t get through to anyone again today.

  If you ever have the misfortune of dealing with Nicole at PayMore and Shenanigans, brace yourself — she will absolutely make sure you know she’s been working there for six years and is a “supervisor.” Unfortunately, she seems to have spent most of those six years perfecting the art of being unhelpful. I ordered two pieces of furniture and — surprise! — only one showed up. No call, no email, no heads-up. When I reached out to figure out what happened, Nicole was quick to remind me (several times, I might add) of her vast experience, yet somehow couldn’t manage to provide even the most basic customer service: communication, accountability, or a solution. Apparently, six years at Raymour and Flanigan qualifies you to argue with customers rather than assist them. I didn’t realize “supervisor” was code for “condescending expert in doing nothing.” So, if you’re hoping for a smooth experience or a helpful response, I suggest crossing your fingers that your order doesn’t require human interaction — especially from Nicole.
